I started my career working closely with dashboards, reporting, and operational data, supporting teams in turning business information into actionable insights. At Exakt Health, this meant not only building analytical views, but also collaborating across functions to support strategic and operational discussions.

At BASF, my work expanded further into enterprise reporting and financial operations, where I supported forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional business processes across international teams. One of the initiatives I contributed to focused on improving forecasting workflows for product controllers by streamlining how operational and financial data moved through reporting processes, helping reduce manual work and improve visibility for planning and decision-making. I was also involved in a large-scale enterprise transformation project during the migration from one ERP environment to another, supporting coordination, reporting continuity, and alignment between business and technical stakeholders throughout the transition.

Today, I'm interested in the broader intersection of operations, analytics, transformation, and organizational decision-making, particularly where data, processes, technology, and cross-functional collaboration come together to support more effective businesses and long-term strategic outcomes.
